We had a horrible experience working on our coop application for weeks, only to learn at the end that the apartment was mistakenly listed for rental. Company didnt do their homework before initiating a tedious application process ( requiring 6 reference letters, bank statements, past employment records and so many other things as part of Co-op application)
(If I could give 0 stars, I would) I worked with an agent Abraham Bah, and he asked me for a $250 application fee, along with a security deposit of $1,600, for a place that was already being rented unbeknownst to us. The rent there was actually $2,995. The landlord does not even know who he is or who is actually listing the apartment as available when tenants are already occupying the unit and have been since March. Of course Mr. Bah pretends he is sorry and didn't know but when it comes to getting my money back, no response. I shared with him that this is for my spouse, new baby and I...as we desperately needed to move out of our current home for a better living space for our baby, and he took advantage of that. Disgusting. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE TRUSTING THIS COMPANY.

Their London Agency keeps declaring bankruptcy and changing names. Terrible client service. Absolutely to avoid.
