The 18 year Batch Reserved does not have the same Quality as the Single Malt Scotch Whiskey. I only gave this Batch Reserved 1 star, because I Love the Single Malt Scotch. You were doing just fine, Why Change???? That's the Million dollar Question.

Person in tasting part was not helpful, did not enthuse about any of the whiskies, when we gave him the chance to, we said we preferred 'lighter ' whiskies and asked for recommendations, he just said " its up to personal taste", which maybe true but wasn't helpful. He didn't engage at all.

Brand new visitor centre really good experience. Tours and "experiences" limited just now but they are hoping to increase numbers in their coming weeks. If you like whisky definitely a place for the must see list.

Nice looking distillery. We went hoping to buy a few of our favourite whiskys. We were told to wait, the place wasn't busy. After stating we wanted to buy and asking to taste a couple of whiskys we were told to wait, fair enough. After 15 minutes of being ignored, blatantly, we decided to leave. A total shame and not the right way to treat customers.
