At Xpressive Apparel we stand behind our work 100%. If we make a mistake we are more then happy to replace the order. However, that was not the case with this customer. We did EXACTLY what she ordered. We can not replace an order if the customer decides they would like a different color shirt after the order is printed. As per her own words we "went off an order form, that was not store provided" The order form she is talking about is the order form that SHE provided to me when she ordered. The order form clearly shows that she is ordering royal blue shirts which is what we printed for her. Now she is saying that she wanted navy blue instead. I'm not sure what she means when she says "instead of going by what was chosen in the store" as she did NOT choose shirts in the store when she ordered. She looked at shirts 6 weeks earlier (to get pricing) and at that time I gave her a ROYAL blue sweatshirt sample that she later returned stating that it is approved.

Experienced the poorest customer service. Shirts are the wrong color and owner won't correct the situation. Instead of going by what was chosen in the store, went off an order form, that was not store provided, with poor printing quality. I would NOT recommend this establishment on any level.
Very happy with every order so far. They have done work for TCK Home Inspection several times now. Some on very short notice. Will definitely recommend them and keep using their services.
Very happy with the embroidery work on the hats we ordered.
