Hi Leslie. We are so sorry for the inconvenience of you having to bring the cup back for us to fix. The time frame was longer than usual due to having been a vendor at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo for 18 days. Our normal time frame is about 2 weeks but our painter was at the booth a lot during the Rodeo so our time frames got pushed out. And again, due to him not being at the shop, he couldnt get to your cup sooner to fix it, Im sorry. I was not in the office the day you came to pick up but if he was on the phone with a customer, how can he talk to the other customer that was in the office waiting? We can only handle one customer at a time when there is only one person working in the office. None the less, we are sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience with us and would like to offer you a 10% discount should you choose to give us another chance and have work done with us.

Took along time. One cup had to go back and they kept it for over a week. When I went to get it the man was on the phone and didn't even want to talk to his inside customer. Asked if he had redo the cup and he said he just had to sand it off. How long can that really take? We had to make 4 trips when it should have only been two. Good thing they weren't that far. Work was good but overpriced for what we had done and for 4 trips out there.

Absolutely love the two cups that mild 2 wild designed! my girlfriend and her mom use them daily! Great customer service and they made my design for the cups a reality! I would highly recommend ordering from mild 2 wild!
