Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, and sorry our Face Wipes werent the right fit for your routine. Makeup comes in so many varieties, from typical everyday makeup to stage makeup. Our Face Wipes do a great job at removing everyday makeup, but arent formulated to stand up to this type of non-transferable product. We might recommend sticking with our Face Wash for this type of makeup (it looks like you had better success with this - awesome!), and potentially double cleansing with something like an oil cleanser depending on the strength of the cosmetic products youre using.

To me, the problem with "naturally-derived ingredients" is it's INABILITY to fight against heavily waterproofed/non-transferable makeup. I would only need 4-in-1 FACE WIPE (cleans, exfoliates, soothes & hydrates) to remove makeup on the go. I already do a 2-step cleansing to remove makeup. With URSA MAJOR, it's going to be a 4-step process (see photo). The 2nd Micellar Wipe AFTER URSA MAJOR ESSENTIAL FACE WIPE has too much residue. The FANTASTIC FACE WASH was a bit better at removing makeup than ESSENTIAL FACE WIPES. I hope the Other Products are much more effective.

I was pregnant with my second child last year, and my skin started getting irritated. A friend of mine recommended the Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash, so I gave it a shot. Well, I haven't looked back since! I started combining it with the Golden Hour Recovery Cream, and it's been a great experience. I can honestly say it makes my skin HAPPY, the irritated skin is healthy again, and I absolutely love the smell! Aside from that, I like that it's plant-based and that I'm supporting a small Vermont business.
