The young lady Jabini was very unhelpful and answered all my questions with an abrupt no, or "I'm still working on stuff from yesterday", when all i needed to know was how much it would roughly cost, she responded they all on lunch break, and "I don't deal that". When i asked to speak to a supervisor. 'They ain't around either"

Ordered trial pair of contacts . When I called to picked them up. Theres no sign of them. Whoever answered phone was not very friendly. Just re-ordered again. 2 months and counting

Great place for fab service all around! From my eye exam to choosing my frames, this place treats their customers/patients well! Cynthia was a huge help with picking out frames and was gracious enough to show me options that ranged from expensive to inexpensive without letting the price dictate how she treated me. Dr. Nguyen put me at ease throughout my eye exam and carefully explained eye care and what my prescription meant. I will be returning.
Cant recommend Heights Vision enough. A modern mom n pop shop thats been a staple in the Brooklyn Heights community for decades. Had a great experience getting an eye exam from Dr. Nguyen and enjoyed meeting the friendly staff. Will be back!
I made an appointment two days ago. When I called, I asked if they had any openings on Thursday morning, they said yes at 10:30am I said perfect (as I had another appointment around there at 12:30 and thought this would work great) and booked the appointment. I show up today at 10:30 and said Hi, Im here for a 10:30 appointment. It took a few minutes to settle the insurance as I was using a new insurance. But then after that they just kept sending everyone that showed up after me before me. Even the Doctor looked at me at one point and asked the receptionist if the order was ok to what she said no Im sending patients in the right order. I was already there for a full hour, so I asked the receptionist what was the issue as I had to go soon to another appointment, and she says to me that my appointment is at 11:30. (Remember Ive been there in a small waiting room with a very uncomfortable bench), I tell her that my appointment is at 10:30 not 11:30. And she turns her screen and says well, youre marked at 11:30. In a manner almost as Too Bad and then goes to say that is my fault that I shouldve heard wrong (I didnt). Im not sure how they ended up making my appointment one hour later, but things happen. Is the fact the heard me say Im here for s 10:30... and saw me sitting there for an hour and never told me anything. Even when the doctor asked if the order was correct. I had to leave and not get my eye exam. Terrible customer service.
