Dear Jimmy, It's a shame that you feel compelled to leave us such a negative review having been refunded for your business cards in full. As a business we try very hard to go the extra mile for our customers and having traded in Gosport for 22 years we feel that we have succeeded in the vast majority of cases. That said, we will continue to try and improve the service we offer and take steps to ensure this kind of feedback is learn't from. When you came to us you were offered a choice of cards at a number of price levels but chose to go for the cheapest option, despite this and in an attempt to support your new venture we then, at your request , discounted your order to suit your budget, re-sized your artwork, fixed your design issues and supplied Matt lamination free of charge. It is true that some online suppliers appear cheaper but they will not offer this level of service at no extra cost and then offer a full refund In the way that we did. Sincerely Paul

I would recommend you get one example made of your business cards to check what your getting as I didnt and Ryan basically called me a liar. I feel foolish as Ive been had by this establishment. When I conveyed my dismay they werent interested but I suppose Im just one customer so one bad review doesnt matter. The fact is they should try to satisfy 100% of customers and not brush aside the ones that arent happy! It wasnt cheap either so next time Ill be using vista print for a cheaper product and actually get what I asked and paid for! Be warned, please ask for one example so you can see what your getting before you commit your hard earned cash! Oh, and vistaprint are cheaper!

Volkan, Betaprint has been trading in the town for nearly 25 years and would not of achieved this having been as un-professional as you claim. The truth is that you were actually very politely told that we do not want to be associated with you or your business Volks Barbers having realised that the quotation you requested for over 1000 worth of printing was actually just being used to reinforce your claim for 5000 worth of government funding. By your own admission you had no intention of spending the money for it's intended purpose and seem oblivious to the fact that honest taxpayers will be footing the bill for this funding, you even offered to spend 200 of that money on printing 'If we provide receipts for more' I'm baffled that you can feel hard done by enough to leave such a review and will be seeking legal advice and informing HMRC of your intentions. Asked for a price list to be done and some business cards.Ive used beta prints Before never had a problem however this time when I rang them to ask when the job will be done the person on the phone was really rude and replied dunno when they will done Ill start when I can be bothered and hang up on me.
