Hi Chris. I'm sorry that happened. I spoke with our customer service representative, he explained that he thought it was another telemarketer, because we've been getting a lot of those calls lately, and say's that he's sorry also. Again I apologize that happen and have talked with him about how the phone should be answered. If in the future you decide to give us another chance I can offer you a discount.

Just called to inquire about pricing. The service cut out briefly when they answered the call and all I heard was the man say, "hello." I asked if this was Awesome Dudes Screen Printing, to which he responded "What did I JUST say?" When I replied "Excuse me?" He coyly stated that it was in fact the location. I hung up immediately as I will NEVER do business with someone that treats a potential customer that way within the first ten seconds of an interaction. Not sure if this establishment is privately owned, but if it's not and that rep answers to someone, they should sincerely consider who they have handling their customer service.
