Attorney Gary Russell Small is probably the worse attorney that I have ever known. His method is like extortion with bait and switch tactics. He takes your money, demands more money and is not required to perform. Not possible to get logical conclusion. Strongly advise that this attorney should be avoided at all cost. Gary gives the legal profession a bad name.

This guy is a joke! He was recommended to my brother by another lawyer and it was the worst recommendation we have ever gotten! So far, he has been a no-show for 4 straight conference calls, he NEVER, EVER returns a phone call and has taken $2,800 and done NOTHING to earn it. Call someone else if you're looking for representation.

What a Great person. As I'm disabled and below Low income Attorney Small was the Only Attorney who was willing to provide me with Pro Bono help. I never felt as if I was being treated any differently due to my circumstances. Everyone of his staff Were Helpful & Professional They helped me immensely. I'm forever grateful for His help.
