I want to apologize for your poor unsatisfactory experience, please know that we take these reviews, and our customer service, very seriously. We are always trying to improve on our customer service, and under our current store manager, we have grown positively in that area. However, we recognize that we will have deficiencies from time to time. The review has been read by our store manager, and she will take appropriate action where necessary. We understand that you may choose to shop elsewhere, and readily admit that the websites have a distinct advantage over brick and mortar stores at this time because of the delivery issues that all our manufacturers are experiencing. With so many online uniform retailers and Work 'N Gear less than 5 minutes away I won't be giving my business to Alexander's Uniform again. On more than one occasion I've had a poor experience with this store. The employees aren't knowledgeable about the brands they offer (IE difference between sizing in Grey's Anatomy and Barco - they are the same company) I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes waiting to checkout while two employees chatted amongst themselves at the other end of the store. Another issue I've experienced is waiting up to 4 weeks for my scrubs to come in, I understand this may not be their fault but when I order from an online retailer they came in much much quicker.
Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this store. For in store purchases I believe your experience is fairly cut and dry but if you need to special order anything and have it embroidered there is a huge problem with their work flow!! Should not take upwards of 6-8 weeks to order a standard polo shirt and hv it embroidered. Multiple phone calls back and forth with multiple excuses. Very unsatisfactory experience.
