Mr Rivera I don't know how you consider what happened bad customer service? You submitted a Credit application for a truck and asked us to try and get you approved on said truck. We were able to secure an approval for you. Vic called you and let you know that we had an approval and what the terms were. You said you would like to come in at 9 am. Vic got off the phone with you and informed our manager that you would like to come in at 9 am. The manager told Vic he had driven the truck home and that he would not be in until 10 am because he waits at the school bus stop with his Grand children so they are not there alone. He called you back within 10 Minutes and let you know that we needed to change it 10 am. You then exploded on Vic with several curse words and called us idiots. At this point we figured you weren't interested anymore. However the next day you sent your wife in to look at the truck which was some what confusing to us since you all ready left us negative comments on Facebook along with this review. By the way we notice that you have reviewed a few business's and its amazing but you have left nothing but 1-star reviews for all of them. (whats that say about you) We are terrible sorry that the manager had decided to drive that truck home that night. Between the owner and manager we try and drive ever vehicle home overnight to make sure it is right and our customers wont have any issues. We are sorry that our manager wanted to stay with his Grand kids at the bus stop to make sure they were safe. We are sorry that when we called you back shortly after you asked to come in at 9 am and said that we need to change to 10 am and that made you upset. It was available the next day at 9 am and then the next day at 9 am and today at 9 am.

Terrible customer service. Did credit application was approved for truck that was on the lot. I scheduled a test drive with salesman Vick for 9am the next day, as i work 12 hour shifts I explained to him It would have to be early . He calls me back says the manager took the vehicle home with him and would need to reschedule test drive. Why would you take a vehicle home when someone is ready to come test drive and is already done a credit application for said vehicle. Lost me as a customer and hopefully many more.

So we went over all this on Facebook and your "buddy" deleted his review after he got caught in a lie. Listen if you wanna sell trucks you can get your dealers license from the State of Arizona and set up shop right next to us if you like and you can sell your Duallys loaded to the "nuggets" all day long! But please stop insulting us and our customers. If anyone even wants to question this review please feel free to contact us and we can provide the original from Facebook from his "bro" both versions, the original and the second version after he changed some of his facts after getting caught lying. So just to make it clear Jay B and his "Bro" have never bought anything from us, have never been to the lot, and have never ever contacted us by their own admission but they can get you trucks for half of our prices. (sounds legit)

So here is a truck that my bro Merlyn Rogers was writing a review about. It's a 2012 with 110k miles on it and here is what's funny... They want $40,000+ and it's not even a one ton OR a dually, it's a little 3/4 ton. Don't deal with these fools. Talk about over pricing. LOL. And I dare them tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about, I own 6 RAM truck DUALLY trucks that are LOADED TO THE NUGGETS and I know exactly what I paid for them with 1 mile on them. I also know exactly what I paid for my Laramie with EVERY SINGLE OPTION this truck has + mine has a sunroof/moonroof. Sorry used car guys, I got a lot more info apparently. But that price..... It's true that you're ripping people off on some vehicles.

You were banned from our page, created another account to comment more and are banned again. We dont allow links to other vehicles on our advertising. No one called you a cheapskate either. We have a copy of all your posts and our replies, and you are the one that call yourself a cheapskate. We dont like paying for others to ride on our coat tails. This truck sold yesterday as well for full price. Gentleman is coming from Utah. Price is relative to supply and demand. High school economics teaches it. Pretty easy subject to research. Called me a cheapskate when I said their 2014 tundra was overpriced. I gladly linked a couple of newer, same model tundra with less miles for cheaper and they deleted my post. Don't go there as they are expensive.
