We just wanted to highlight that at the time of sale you were given a full breakdown of the coverage of our industry-standard warranty, which clearly states what is covered and not covered. In your case, unfortunately, the exhaust system does not come under your three months warranty. The car you purchased from us has to have at least a 6 month valid MOT, and in your case, the vehicle came with 7 months. At the time of any purchase, our customers are given the time to do their own checks on all of our cars before they take on ownership. Previous checks were also made at our units/showrooms before being placed for sale. We feel that in this particular matter that we have been honest and fair in the service we have provided. I got a car from these 5 weeks ago car seemed in great condition sounded a little louder than I would of thought but I didn't take much notice of it as it wasn't too loud at all. I have only driven the car 4 weeks out of the 5 due to the rear silencer snapping off also flex and centre pipe have completely corroded and centre pipe hanging off the car dragging on the floor. Josh who was great to start with really helpful but as soon as I ask about repairing the car under warranty as they given me 3 month warranty. They tell me the exhaust isn't part of the warranty. So I have now taken it further there was obviously a fault with the exhaust when they sold me the car and won't do nothing to help me. I also explained before hand it was the exhaust that has fallen off yet still made me take it to a garage to check what's wrong and get a proformer invoice to still be told they won't help me. Becareful and make sure you look over your car very thoroughly before accepting it.

Hi Paul, We are surprised to read about your negative review of the service you received from us. Speaking to the advisor who assisted you, seems like we did everything right to try to rectify the minor problem you first highlighted. We don't know of any used car dealer who would pay for issues to an engine based on wear and tear, considering the car had a valid MOT and had been deemed roadworthy, plus the car was supplied to you with a full warranty. All of the customer reviews we receive are very important to us, be it positive or negative ones, because we are constantly striving to raise our standards in the current economic climate which has proven to be very challenging in the used car sector. Well folks where should I begin, best price car sales promised me a fantastic car and what turned up was a rusty bucket of nails. Everyone out there who is thinking of purchasing a car go for it but please read all the reviews and sit back and just think about it for a while this company will promise you a golden egg and give you an out of date kinder surprise. Don't go with this company you will end up wishing you had spent a but of time reading the reviews trust me people believe what you want but all I'm trying to do is warn you lit out there PLEASE DON'T BUY CARS FROM THIS COMPANY.
