I took my daughter for an appointment and right there on the counter was anti-mask, Covid non-believer propaganda. It was a pamphlet stating "face masks pose a serious risk to the healthy" and inside said the "so called coronavirus" I felt so uncomfortable having my non-vaccinated children with me. We finished her exam appointment and left without getting glasses. Everyone was super friendly so I guess if you are an anti-masker and non-believer this would be the perfect place for you.

I was in a hurry and they got me through an entire eye exam quickly without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. Getting $600 worth of glasses is a different story. Going on 3 weeks now with no end in sight

They were on time. Friendly. And never pushed anything on me which was really nice. UPDATE Year two here and the same great experience! Going back to buy my glasses from them as well. Great family practice.

I have gone to Dr Kneip for over a decade and recently went in to get an order of contacts. To my surprise ONE staff member had a mask and everyone else was maskless. I am extremely disappointed as there is still a pandemic and people should be wearing masks. Even though I have gone to neighborhood vision since it opened, I will take my business elsewhere to find an office that cares about their patients overall health as well as eye health. If you are high risk or unvaccinated do NOT go there
