I got some hankies embroidered here several months ago, as a gift. I wanted to shop local, and I found this place on Google. They had good reviews, so I decided to use them. The business is very hard to find. There is not adequate signage outside of the shop, so you end up going into a building and sort of wandering around until you finally arrive. I maybe went in the back way, but I couldn't tell what other way to get into the place... I made my order, and picked out the colors and font. I paid up front and was told a certain time frame. When that time frame had come, I called and they said they had just finished them. So I go to pick them up, this time, going into the store from the alley. The person had to unlock the door let me in, hut at least I didn't have to go to a maze of the inner bowels of a building to get there. The hankies looked nice, and he'd even ironed them for me. But he got the colors of the thread completely wrong. I told him this and he went back to check his book and was shocked at his mistake. He gave me 50% off, which was fine with me. But I was disappointed that the colors were all wrong. I think that they are a bit disorganized, and that is the issue. I won't utilize this shop again, instead I will find another embroidery place.

They have done several projects for my company by providing large company patches for our company jackets and hats they also sew these items to my garments. They are totally professional.
