WORST PLACE EVER! I was treated so poorly by the staff. The entire staff violates every aspect of HIPPA. I had an extremely unsafe discharge as I was put in an Uber and sent home. My discharge plan was not to go home, but go to a sober living house. Since they didn't set up the arrangements with the Sober Living place and were so eager to discharge me, they sent me home. My mother wasn't even notified that I was coming home! No one contacted her. I came with 5 medications that were prescribed by my doctor. The doctor there decided to only give me 2 of the 5. You just don't stop taking anxiety and depression medication cold turkey. One should be gradually weaned off. BUT, why would they stop those medications? When asked, I was told they have a right to stop and start medications as they see fit. That is ridiculous. To top it off, when I left they refused to give me my left over medication and the 3 untouched bottles that I came in with. Since leaving this unbearable place, I have tried at least 15 times to contact the Clinical Director, Executive Director and The Director Of Operations. NO ONE returned my calls. I needed a discharge letter and they wouldn't provide me with one when I was discharged. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the facility did not respond back to them. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. They also don't give patients their mail or packages. I have prof ( pictures from the post office) that a package addressed to me was left with the receptionist .I never got my package. I was told they facility never received it. I surely hope after reading this review, you choose not to use this Rehab facility. There is still so much more to tell, but I'm out of room. Just think about what I have written and please choose your Rehab wisely.

It was okay but when it came to psych meds I went without them for 30 days when I asked to speak to somebody in charge I was told his name was James they just transferred me to someone named Max who wouldn't give me information about James if you're going to need meds I would be very careful have somebody else that could prescribe them I am up for responses so I can defend myself

The Freedom Center is truly an amazing place for treatment. The staff is so caring and helpful. The groups are so beneficial to recovery. I absolutely loved my therapist Judy! Overall, an awesome place to get help with addiction. I attended last March 2021 and I am coming up on one year sober! I am so grateful for the Freedom Center!

I have been to a few inpatient/ outpatient recovery centers. My sobriety date is 06/21/2019, and The Freedom Center has helped me achieve this! The staff is friendly, understanding, and also caring. They will work with you but also keep you focused on the path to sobriety. Even after completing the program, they do their part to keep in touch with alumni with events/groups/ meetings/ etc. I stayed in one of their sober houses for a few months, and that made all of the difference this time. I am thankful for The Freedom Center! They helped me to get my life back. I was ready, and they provided everything I needed. Also I want to thank my therapist, Vincent. If anyone is reading this review and still struggling, I hope you never give up. We do recover!
