Dear Mr Acsai As the owner of the business, and clearly appreciate your feedback. I have looked in to this matter for you, it is our standard procedure to provide our clients with a quote prior to an order being confirmed, following the confirmed order we provide you with a visual proof for approval, and only produce the order thereafter. It appears, all the processes were followed, and visuals approved by yourself. However, when the order was produced, you weren't happy with the thread colour, so the manager agreed to replace them with new lot of polo shirts with a thread colour selected by yourself, infact they also provided you with a sew out sample of your logo, before the replacement polo shirts were produced to make sure you were completely satisfied. On collection, i believe you were very satisfied with the shirts and also mentioned you would place a new order later on. However, you asked the manager for the rejected Polo Shirts, to which he declined and said we would use them as samples or discard them as we are already giving you a new lot. Our CCTV cameras suggest no violence was or foul language used by any of the staff today against you, we also dont appreciate language being used towards any staff. As a goodwill gesture, if you still want the rejected polo shirts, please do email us and i will get them delivered to you.

Absolutley bad company/ very negative management at EmbroidedMe. Do not use their services! Manager wanted to fight me, he told me to come into their shop to 'talk' Obviously he wanted to punch me as i told him he is a not good manager of the shop amd i'm very disappointed of their work. They wanted to charge me two times because of they emboided our company logo wrong.. absolutley different color then on the transparent file. I had to wait 1 month to embroide only 5 t shirts amd i paid 150 pounds! They never called me when the t-shirts were ready. I had to call them to ask. Also it's a generally expensive company. I thought they will give me a good service... EmbroideMe was a bad choice... The manager is absoulutley rute and dangerous person.

Dear Mr Jones I have spoken to the Store Manager, who informed you that we would need a vector graphic or an eps file of your logo, unfortunately we cannot pickup a design from a business card unless it is redrawn as in this format. As I believe you had done your design from Vista Print they would possibly have the artwork which they may release to yourself. We would be more than happy to give you a quote based on the artwork.

Just went in there to get some sweatshirts and T shirts printed up for my company and found the guy the most unhelpful man Id ever met! He told me I needed some graphic design on line??? Couldnt do it from a printed business card that I had? I had no problems from other companies! Rude just rude.

Dear Mr Ahmad I appreciate your feedback, I have reviewed your comments with the store manager and do sincerely apologise that we couldnt meet your expectations. I believe you needed three of your own supplied shirts embroidered with a logo within 1 or 2 days, we always strive to provide the best service in terms of time scale, most rush jobs or jobs on customers own supplied items are only undertaken should we feel can meet the deadline depending on our production schedule, or if the items supplied by customers are products we dont supply ourselves, as generally we only embroider and print on our products. Our quotes, are subject to VAT, and verbal estimates without seeing the artwork are only a ball park as all logos and designs are different. On this occasion, unfortunately we couldnt meet your deadline, instead we offered to embellish your items in 4 days (taking in to account the weekend when we dont open), as we also needed to set up your logo. However, you couldnt collect the items on the day they would have been ready therefore declined to proceed with the order. Per your comments, i will ensure our quote/estimation and communication policies are reviewed immediately, once again thank you for your feedback.

Came in there for a embroidery. Most rudest manager I have ever dealt with in my life, felt like he wanted a fist fight with me rather than to give me service. Came all the way from Guildford to be treated like Im his son not his client. Hes so lucky I have respect for my elders, had to ask him 5 times to lower his voice. Gives you a huge attitude, I even told him if he was working my organisation I would of sacked him for speaking to a client like that. Gives you different prices to what is originally quoted over the phone then says gave you a quote without looking at your logo sent it via email. To sum it up AVOID unless you want to be ripped off or treated like an idiot
