I needed some t-shirts very urgently for a client's promotional trip. They offered to have them on time but after 4 very frustrating days they just didn't delivered. I was working with Ruth and she took one complete day to answer an email (this were the norm for 4 days in a row) never available to speak on the phone not even to confirm if artworks were good or to try to speed the process for approval and payment. Worst customer service ever. 1st and last time I'll contact them.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY MESSED UP MY SHIRTS ONCE BUT I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND THEY DID IT AGAIN. NO DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING. YOU RISK YOUR EXPENSIVE GARMETS BEING RUINED. Very sad I had to post this but you should value your loyal customers
I ordered 6 dozen shirts after a month I called to check on my order I was told that I never paid when I presented receipt I was told that order was never placed I was ready to make a bigger order I warn if u have a business that depends on your merchandise than do not use them
