The company chatged 85.555 moredollars for deliver it. And supposedly it should arrived in a couple of working days. On the end it took 7 days moreforthe delivery Really bad service

I made an order for a number of items for my son on the PEPA & Co website and selected and paid for UK Express (Next Day Delivery) on the basis I was making my order on a Thursday morning, which means I should receive my order on Friday. Whilst I had received an email confirming they were getting my order ready to be shipped. I didnt get a notification that my order had been sent as of Friday afternoon. To that end I called the store to confirm my order had been sent only to be advised it had not actually gone out on the Thursday as there was problem with the system. I advised the young lady on the phone that I urgently needed the items for my sons christening on Sunday and she assured me that she had packed the items personally and I would receive the items on the Saturday and she would also refund the next day delivery costs. On the Saturday early afternoon I still hadnt received the order and therefore telephoned the store again. This time I spoke to a part- time member of staff who advised me my delivery can be made up until 6pm on the Saturday as it was express delivery. I asked if there was anyway of tracking the item and she advised the owner wasnt around to access the details. I called again later in the afternoon as still no avail. This time I insisted that she find a way of getting the tracking details. After a few minutes she was able to provide the information. Having checked the DHL website quickly I found the delivery was scheduled for Monday- seriously, after I was assured several times I would receive it on the Saturday. When I advised her what the website said- she then advised yes that seems correct given it was only sent out on Friday and she advised it was probably sent out late due to the item not being in stock. Anyway in a bid to resolve the situation quickly I decided I was going to make my way all the way from Kent to the store in southwest London. I advised my estimated time of arrival was 17:50. Only for the young lady to then advise the shop is in fact closing early on that day due to them needing to hand in keys to another store to allow for the Sunday handover. Like are you being serious???!!!! I asked if there is anyway they could pack the items ready for me so I can be in and out. She advised unfortunately not as she would leave by 17:45. Its 5 minutes, like come on. The error was down to the store anyway. The items in this store are not particularly chicken change. I would expect the customer service and experience to mirror the price of items- that isnt the case. There were too many errors made during this order. Only for me to receive the order on the Monday and have to pay to get it sent back. Waste of time, waste of money and waste of conversion. There were plenty of opportunities for this issue to have even rectified and on all those opportunities the company failed to do so. Worst case I could have made my way to store on the Friday or early Saturday- but due to inaccurate information I was not able to do so. Very bad service and poor operating rhythm.
