I ordered 9 tee shirts and one sweatshirt on December 10, 2018. My packing slip stated that the order was shipped on Dec 18th, but I did not receive the ONE tee shirt until the 24th. The packing slip stated everything else was on back order. In January I started calling, left voicemails and left an email to the business email address. Finally on February 7th I spoke with Dean, and he gave me his direct email. He followed up with the "GM" and told me my shipment was on its way as well as my refund for 3 shirts I cancelled since the order wasn't received by Dec 25th. On Feb 22nd I emailed Dean again because I STILL had not received my order or the refund for the 3 shirts. Again, he was forwarding to his "GM" for resolution. On Feb 23rd I emailed again and was THEN told they were out of inventory and would be printing again shortly! Although Dean was responsive I find it very hard to believe that this company is still in business. I, certainly, will NEVER order from them again. And I must say, this is the first time I have ever posted a review about a business but others need to be warned before they place an order. I don't know, maybe because I wasn't placing a large order I didn't matter??!! I did cancel my order at this point....Lisa
I contacted Ithen to design and print shirts for an event. They had done the shirts for this event for several years. I began working with Dean and everything was great. Prior to the final proof, all communication came to a stop. Dean let me know Aaron would be handling my account. He forwarded my email to him, copying me in one it. I was never contacted by Aaron, in fact he never replied to numerous emails and phone calls. Several messages went unanswered. Finally I spoke with a young lady who, after explaining my issue, guaranteed someone would call me in 24 hours. Nothing. I called a few days later and spoke with another young lady who again apologized, asked for copies of my corresponding emails and guaranteed someone would contact me ASAP. Nothing... After several more voice messages over a week or more and emails, I finally spoke with a gentleman who profoundly apologized, guaranteed someone from the art department and the GM would follow up. That is the last dealings I had with them. Perhaps they felt my measly 350 shirt order was too small, perhaps they are having issues of another kind, but for a business built on small time values, this customer service was atrocious.

I recently hosted an event in Erie PA for a group of high school students and used Ithen Global to order custom shirts for the event. I worked with Dean and could not have been more pleased with the results. He was forthcoming with the details, prices, and when asked gave me the date that I needed to place my order by to have shirts in time. The team there then hit my need by date exactly with a very complex shirt with numerous different colors. On top of this the price per shirt was much below any other comparable shop at the volume I was looking at (80 shirts).

A scam! I ordered a Tree of Life T-shirt more than a week ago. They refuse to answer my emails or calls. I WANT MY $ back!!!! Update since you FINALLY made one call to my machine (you hung up on the first call; Caller ID tells much!). I have waited nearly 2 weeks. No mail today. I will mark the package RETURN TO SENDER. I got a T-shirt somewhere else. I want a refund. You should NOT run a business by (a) not replying to a consumer's TWO emails and (b) not returning a call. You ONLY called when you read this review. It stays put.
