Hi Andrew. We're sorry to hear you aren't happy with our prices. Our prices are primarily based on the quality of the garment chosen by the client. Looking at your quote you have chosen higher quality, heavy shirts which naturally come with a higher cost. Our prices for these garments are in line with others in the industry that offer the same high quality garments. If you had told us you were working within a budget, we would've been more than happy to help you choose an alternative garment within your price range, or offer advice on alternative routes. This is the process we normally go through with our larger clients when creating quotes. Nonetheless, we're sorry you found submitting your request a waste of time. A waste of time and planning. Prices for the actual printing on the garments come in way higher than anyone else. Not sure how or why anyone uses them

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I ordered two custom made embroidered jumpers from Custom Planet. I am beyond disappointed, to say the LEAST. The jumpers came with puckered stitching, and the logo itself is not sitting as a perfect circle as the machine had pulled on the material, which is evidently an error on the machine’s part. It looks extremely unprofessional and below the standard I expected. The customer service I have received has been UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and has COMPLETELY wasted my time. When I call the company, John (the Manager) IS NEVER IN and never returns my call. His resolution was TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SET OF GARMENTS - even though I had received FAULTY garments, to begin with. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN UNRESOLVED FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND THEY'RE NOW HOLDING ONTO MY MONEY. If you want professional, high-quality customization on your garments, go somewhere else.

I gave a last minute request to produce sponsored baseball caps for a televised mma event my company was sponsoring. Turn over was rapid with delivery to the fighter’s hotel. I've used these a couple of times and I find there communication skills very poor. The quality of there clothing is not good and the quality of there work they do is not good not to mention having to wait 3 weeks for my order. Would never use again
