Eric, My name is Trevor and I'm the CEO here at 85 Supply. Just wanted to take a moment to expound on your small shirt order here with us. I believe you may be confused on a few things but I'm happy to help however I possibly can! It seems that we were never made aware of any deadline, and then there were some demands to have us re-route your shipment of shirts, as well as a few other requests after the order had shipped. Few things that you need to understand here. 1) We do not have control after an order is shipped. We can't divert or re-route anything. This is against UPS Policy to re-route mid transit. It has to hit its original destination, before we can place any sort of re-route request through. 2) Your response times took quite a while. I'm showing your average response time to us was roughly 2-3 days or more in some cases. Our communication software and systems over here keep a very close watch on all things correspondence. 3) Our turnaround was spot on at 5-7 business days. See the attached visual order timeline that I personally emailed you just now. We shipped the product exactly on 7 days. Apparel ships within 5-7 business days, which is 2x faster than the industry standard. We are not in control of when it delivers. Your invoice clearly states 5-7 business days, with no hard deadline that we were originally made aware of. I'm sorry Eric, but I believe we're in the right here. I dove heavily into this order details, the correspondence, and spastic and unrealistic "demands" to my employees. Once again - See the attached order timeline that I personally emailed over. We shipped the product exactly on time, and were not aware of any due dates or deadlines. I've spoken with Cody in production, and Margaret as well and it seems that there were some unrealistic expectations/"demands" after we were not able to get timely responses from you. As a person who toured 250 days a year for 10 years in a band, I understand the frustration of not having merchandise. I'm so sorry that you were not able to have your merchandise in time for your event. However - I also understand the importance of responding quickly, in a kind manner, and understanding that its important to get all questions answered before ordering. Thanks again though!
