Disappointing. I made an order on 15/10 and had confirmation. Heard nothing more. Called today to be told that payment had been rejected by Sagepay but they are not informed . They only know apparently when a customer calls to check on the order status. If I hadnt called no one would have done anything about an order on their system. Surely they must be aware of this and could call me to let me know? I know I am not the only one this has happened to.
Wool Warehouse are the best online wool service by far. The customer care is second to none, and the wool comes within a few days. Its quality at a great price. They also give you great alternates. So pleased I found them. Thank you for a great service.
I have been getting a lot of wool from here especially in lockdown and it does come in nice voil bags, you have to spend 25 for free delivery that is fine, but in one of my orders I ordered 3 100g of baby wool should have been same colour and lot number but only 2 the same but I was able to shuffle round what I was going to knit so not a big problem for me but then I ordered king cole fur doing a scarf one ball lovely and soft but the next ball is not so good it looks like it's been wet/damp and not knitting up as it should but it's for me and I'm not pulling it out now (lol) I have used this wool quite a few times and it does normally knit up lovely
