The receptionist is one of the least helpful leasing office staff members I have ever encountered. It seems as though she went out of her way to provide poor customer service
I am not happy at all with the current management at this place. They have decided to increase my rent by $135.00 PER MONTH when my lease expires in a little while, AND also add another $20 PER MONTH pet fee. I have lived here for 4 years and this is the worst apartment management company (please note there were 2 other property management companies at this location I dealt with before them). I pay my rent on time, I am not a loud tenant, have not heard complaints about my tenancy, but I did have a dispute with them over their trying to impose a monthly pet fee (WHICH WAS NOT IN MY LEASE) when I adopted a cat this year to replace a cat that had passed away. They finally waived that fee, but are obviously retaliating now. Please think twice if you are considering moving here!

Overpriced units, with constant nickel-and-diming tactics which get old rather quickly. No A/C in our unit (even though we were told there would be). The grounds smell like dog urine, and management is nearly impossible to get ahold of. Tenants are treated like cattle, and notes are left on our door constantly for no good reason (maybe to distract us from our misery). Domaine at Villebois wants you to think that it's luxurious, when it's actually substandard.
