Did not have the same experience as the rest of the reviews unfortunately. I guess I was just spoiled at my old eye doctor in Texas. I did the exam for contacts and it came back as having a less powerful prescription. I was seeing 20/20 with my regular contacts and the new prescription I couldnt see with them as well. They said I could just use my regular prescription then (but whats the point of an exam?) Secondly, I always get a contact rebate since, ya know, my contacts are close to 1k for a year supply. They did not even care to match the rules of the contact rebate and what I was ordering so it was too late and the company will not accept the rebate because its not exactly what I ordered. My last eye doctor made sure to have that as a priority for his customers. Giving 2 stars because the front desk people are soooo kind.

I have been a patient with this place since 2007 now its 13 years later I go to start an appointment with my Dr. Lemoncelli, and the lady at the desk tells me oh you can't make appointment we sent you to collections. Im like how is that possible. I pay my visits as I leave every time. No explanation at all. So this is how they take care of patients who are with them for 13 years. I drive from Smyrna for these appointments for 13years and gotten Family and friends to go as well. I know also easily dropped Easily 7000-8000 in eye ware. This is very sad and pathetic change for company you stick with.. This is what and how things are becoming. Sad - Extremely disappointed Ex. Patient. I be getting our entire medical records pulled and go somewhere local that will appreciate us being there.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me sort through my insurance to get everything covered and Dr. Solomon was very friendly and took the time to explain everything through the process while showing the pictures.

I would have mark zero if I could! They switched my childs lenses!! This means that my kid didnt see well for 7 months and got headaches because these people, apparently, do not know how their job!! DO NOT get your glasses there, if you care about your or your familys eyes
