Went into this business two weeks ago to get a quote for some military tshirts. The gentleman at the front desk assured me that I would get a quote the following week. It has been two weeks and no email or phone call. I even called back as asked for a status and again was told about a week. This is my second time attempting to do business with this company both times they have failed. I have since moved on and went with a competitor. I will refer all of my military associates to the competition. These guys seemed unwilling to do business with me. Not sure the reason why as our encounters were routine and uneventful. To all my military buddies please stay clear of these folks. Overpriced and not user friendly.

Katelyn - I apologize for this mix up. There might have been confusion on both sides when talking the order over on the phone. We want to make this right and if you choose to bring in another top, we can reimburse you for the purchase of the new top. While I don't want to sound off with an excuse, but we do have new staff at the store and we will use this for a training moment and they are learning as each order we work with can be very different than the last one we worked on.

I brought my scrub top in for nursing school to have the logo embroidered. A few days after dropping it off I received a call that they needed to shrink the logo due to the size of the top I said that was fine. When I picked it up my logo was on the wrong side of the top, I was never asked if it could be switched or I would have taken my top back. So now my top is ruined because I am not able to wear it for classes. I called to see what they would do there only option was to have me go buy a new top and they will embroider it for free but consider the top if another $40 its not worth free $7 service. The other option was to put a patch over the logo and redo it on the other side of the top. I took the top to have that done and the color patch was no where close to my top so I dont see how that is a fix so I didnt have it done.
