Went back and edited this review. After you leave the lot they don't care about you. It even becomes hard to get a hold of anyone that might be able to help you with any issues. We were talked into purchasing tire insurance. Within weeks we had tire problems and many times subsequently after that and guess what It was NEVER covered. They always found a reason why it wasnt. Paid quite a bit for the tire insurance and always ended up paying out of pocket for new tires. I am in the market for new car and would never think of stepping foot in Paragon.

Guy called me and told me he wants to buy a car back when I went there for oil change and sat down with the guy and he took his good time with the paper work and he came up with very good news sir! .. in fact very very good news, we will buy back for what you owe to the bank smh I have been trying to pay off early with dropping heavy checks for months plus the monthly payments. I told him no right away and walked away. Please respect peoples time. What a waste of time!!! Pardon my grammar btw.
