Hi Darnel, we apologize that you had a less than desirable experience visiting us. We strive to be transparent and updated with pricing, but failed in this instance. We are experiencing unprecedented cost increases on a daily basis due to the pandemic affecting our supply on items. This in turn causes many variances on pricing, but we are committed to doing a better job to display prices accurately to reflect our system. As for our sales representative suggesting you wait in your car, this is after you placed your order. In an attempt to promote safety, social distancing, and comfort measures, we suggest our customers wait in their cars, in the showroom, or by the waiting area bench in the warehouse while our warehouse employees gather and/or cut your materials. You're more than welcome to do whatever makes you most comfortable in that instance as our sales representative was trying to communicate that. We want to ensure that you experience the best customer service the next time you visit us and that starts by addressing this situation. I was not treated appropriately. I attempted to purchase an item At The advertised price, I was told that I had to pay a higher price becauseThere was no update in the system. This is after I made a sizable metal purchase.The customer service I received today from the young lady was unacceptable. She suggested that i might want wait outside and sit in car until my order was ready. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!
