I walked in to get an eye exam and once I gave him my insurance card, he quickly said he don't take Obama care which I didn't have, I have good insurance with my job and the fact that he judge me in such a way I felt so disrespected, gave your place a 1 star.

Just walked out of here a bit annoyed... I made an appointment on zocdoc for 3:30 and when I arrived they seem to have no idea I had an appointment. I did arrive 8 minutes late due to a train complication that was out of my control. I apologized and handed over my information. The guy at the front desk kept calling me "Young Lady"... I'm a grown woman and I really don't appreciate being belittled with that phrase. He informed me a family of three was ahead of me for individual eye appointments and he would try to squeeze me between them to get me out, but their appointments had not started yet. At 4pm the girl in the appointment prior was checking out and I just decided to leave... They hadn't started the family yet I didn't feel I would ever get out of there at a reasonable time....
If you want your prescription for glasses to be well done, this optical shop is were you should go. The optician, Charlie, not only has great knowledge but he also takes the time with each customer to make sure the outcome is going to be the right one.
Dr. Baruch is such a great doctor, he quickly and kindly helped explain what was happening with my eyes. I highly recommend seeing him! I feel a lot better now that I have a glasses prescription. It's easy to call and schedule an appointment and the whole team is very helpful.
