I have been banking with ESL for over 4 years, and in the last year my account has been hacked 3 times. Each time my account is hacked they find away to say its our fault. This time there was no gas station to blame it on, and no new online websites, nothing so what's the excuse other then poor security on your part. Then the rep tried to offer me a credit card because she thinks that what I should be using, as if I want any other UNSECURED services from this Credit Union. They just lost a member.

I went to this location to speak to someone today and waited over 30 minutes and never got the chance to talk to anyone and I got up and left. I'm not waiting all day to speak to someone it's ridiculous and I'm not gonna even waste my time to even come to this location again.
