Took almost 2 months to send our check for our vehicle sale. The worst part was there was very limited updates on the status and we were promised they would overnight the check. When informed the check was sent, we didnt receive it for multiple days. The associate we dealt with went completely dark on us and we found by calling the dealership direct that they didnt overnight the check, it was sent USPS. Unreal. Glad we wont have to deal with this place again.
I recently bought my used car from a dealer for the first time and had an alright experience at Schomp Mini. After months of searching, I found a car that looked right for me, and it happened to be at Schomp Mini. The dealership was quick to reply at questions I had, and even sent me videos of the car when I asked about it. I was there the next week day, and my guy was there, ready to start the process if I liked the car, which I did. The process was long, which I expected. However, their moto is "one Price, one person, one hour", and only one of those was true during my experience. They kept their promise on the price, but through my evening, I ended up spending three hours there and doing most of my business with two people. I had a fine time at Schomp for a first, just don't expect to be there for only an hour and talk to one person, unless you have cash in hand and no trade-in.
Excellent to deal with. I was able to find, negotiate and close a deal all via email and the phone with a trade in. Derek Keegan and Jin were both very attentive and understanding of what I was looking for and even brought the car to me in Grand Junction Colorado. Such excellent service I would recommend to anyone no matter what your automotive needs are.
We've been here three times to look at and possibly buy a car in the last few years and it just never worked out unfortunately not due to Schomp Mini or our advisors but just due to circumstance everytime. However, Clay Shinkle has helped us every time and been so hospitable every time. He even helped us find some of our other cars and we couldn't be more appreciative. Our next visit may not be soon but next time we're car shopping again, we will be back to this dealer first again!
Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. This place should be ashamed, kept our car for 8 days, with no answers then the final answer was tough s*it its car toys problem although we sold you the remote car starter but take it up with them They openly ADMITTED that they dont recommend using car toys but never once was brought up when we bought our Countryman, its just about making a bigger commission. Schomp Mini are absolute rip off artists, didnt do what was right for the customer. And the best part is a year and a half ago while our car was in their possession they put a HUGE dent in our hood and played dumb as if they didnt do it.and fought us tooth and nail about taking responsibility. It wasnt until I became irate that they had the dent doctors fix our hood at no cost. Stay far away from this place, its just one big headache and one big middle finger youll get in return. Will NEVER step foot again in Schomp , Ill drive to Mini of Loveland going forward. ZERO STARS BUTTON MUST BE DEVELOPED!
