Poor quality print/customer service. They printed our building sign that is illuminated at the street and used the wrong print profile causing the color to be grainy when illuminated. They were given 7 weeks to get it fixed and eventually stopped responding to emails all together and did not make any attempt to fix. We had to then repay for the job to be done again by another company that would actually do the job right.

Be warned. Will not perform embroidery on self supplied items. You must purchase the items from them at their markup. Extremely inconvenient.

Got vehicle wrap quoted for a Chevy HHR from tony who supposedly is the owner and it was all downhill from there. Tony tried to get out of the deal after I drove 45 mins away to sign the final print, and acted like it was my fault that he quoted it to low!! Kept getting a story about how hard it was to wrap a Chevy HHR and how he was out money for design. Very unprofessional emails and the way he basically blamed me for his misquote of the job. In the end it was a huge waste of time and money as I still have no vehicle wrap and waiting to get my deposit back. Horrible experience, buyer beware!
