These people sounded great over the phone, but after a 3 hour drive, it was the worst experience Ive had at a dealership. I was told over the phone I could bring a pre approval letter in, after getting there was told theres a $1000 fee to bring a preapproval letter in and that they would not wave the fee. There was also a reconditioning fee of $1500 dollars that they could not explain what they did to the vehicle when they brought it in. Also, this vehicle had been there since July and just found out on the 6th that the vehicle had a leak and the rear interior had to be replaced. The manager would not come down on any price or help out the situation in any way. The dealership lacks professionalism and does not seem to care about the customer but more of how much money they can put in their pocket. The sales person and general manager were very rude and inconsiderate. Would not recommend.

Worst service in my life, I had an appointment at 1:30 pm, and it took them almost 2 hours to do only Oil Change, I wonder whats the reason from scheduling an appointment while they only check in my car one and half an hour later, there is no point to schedule your appointment with them. I will never come visit them again.

This was our second time purchasing from Hyundai New Port Richey. We had the incredible pleasure of working with Mr. Garland Moore. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Hats off to Garland and the team over there. They worked to get us out of a car that was on its last leg and got us into exactly what we wanted. Garland made our experience pleasurable and he was not pushy in any way shape or form. He made the experience fun and threw a few wise cracks in there to add some comedy to the experience. If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, do not hesitate going in and working with him. We are extremely satisfied and cannot wait for the next one.

Car Gurus price for pre owned was great. They used bait and switch and added over 6k in fees after running credit to see what payment would be! Although the location is down the road from the new car location all the same company. Dishonest and deceptive marketing.
