I had the pleasure of contracting with Joe Keresztury for the custom build of my own home. When starting our journey to build our home my wife and I met with numerous contractors, builders and consultants and found that none had the depth of knowledge and expertise that Joe has. His 20 plus years as a custom home builder as well as a building inspector allows for a duel perspective and attention to detail that is rare to find. I found his foresight and ability to coordinate every aspect of a build comes as second nature to him. Having Joe in my corner definitely gave me confidence and provided assurance during the stressful times of my build as he walked me through the difficult process. He assisted me at every stage, from planning and finance, through the build all the way to closing Joe made himself available to me, including after hours and weekends, to answer questions and provide needed expertise. His site visits were very frequent and always timely. I highly recommend Joes services to anyone looking to build their own home. Shawn McD

We used Joe to assist us with our owner built home over this past year. Joe was fantastic to work with and was always available for questions and would come by every week to check on our home for us. His guidance and advice saved us a lot of money and in the end we have a home that is built to rival any upscale builder. As an owner builder and a realtor I give Joe my highest recommendation.
