The service was completely awful I had bad instincts from the start and ignored it. I am only glad it can be repaired elsewhere I literally wrote how to spell Lei Chaurelle and the owner still misspelled both names on both bags. Sometimes you have to stick with paying more for satisfaction. The owner gets and F for not paying attention to spelling details.
Do not have service done here. Horrible customer service. Very aggressive and confrontational (James Jensen) whatever his name is. They embroider your shirt wrong even if you bring a sample,and get angry with you as if its your fault. People research and find quality service.
Unbelievable BAD business! I am warning ALL/EVERY small business owner to stay far and clear of this man James Jensen. My husband and I never try to leave a bad review, this man deserves one. When we went to the shop my husband and I had an entire different conversation with James. What a run around! Hes very rude, hes cut short, he wants nothing to do with conversation when you have questions or concerns. James is quick to get upset and hes very confusing as a person to speak to. I cannot understand how hes been in business as long as he has but I do understand why after all these years he only has a small amount of reviews. Our T-shirt/yard sign/hat order has been a complete waste of time. I couldve gone to anyone else and saved myself the headache. What Im doing now is trying to warn anyone who is in our position (in which we are small business owners of 2 businesses), so that you do not waste your time like we have! What I cant get over is his demeanor and attitude problem. I have tried over and over to be kind I have been patient, Ive even tried to lighten up the conversation, whether it be via text or on the phone and nothing works. I think this person is just miserable and is burnt out and it is taken out on customers. If there was a way to choose zero stars thats exactly what I would give this man. PLEASE please save yourself what we didnt!
