After some research in our CRM system, I can confirm that someone with access to the email address: erica@*******.com did approve two proofs that we prepared for your order on January 21st, 2019. As we did in your order, we always email our proofs to our customers for approval and indicate not only the location of the embroidery, but also the size of the logo in inches. We never begin embroidering your order until these proofs are approved by the customer. We sewed your hats exactly to the same standard which was presented on the proofs that you approved on 1/21/19. Were sorry that you were unsatisfied with the sizing and we offered you $100 discount on your next order. When customers are unsatisfied, we always try and make it right. Buyer beware. They printed our items without a proof and now will not refund nor reprint. Horrible customer service.
Tony I am so sorry you were not happy with Stitch America. We work very hard to please our customers and have many who reflect their satisfaction in the 5 star ratings they give us on our website. In your case we made several attempts to get more information as well as additional graphics from you that would help us understand exactly what you were wanting. We made several edits to your design scanning and sending you a proof each time. We were prepared to make even more if we could have gotten the information we needed from you. After several attempts to reach you with no response we cancelled your order but will be glad to make additional attempts if you wish.

I suggest you avoid this company if you have a logo with more than one or two colors. Their embroidery design team is clueless. With each attempt the design got worse and worse. To the point it was unrecognizable. After a few attempts, they simply just cancelled my order without telling me or working with me more. Even though they told me numerous times they would get it right..."our design team is talented". Use them at your own risk. Their loss...my company was going to order hundreds of shirts if they got it right. Off to a more professional company.
Our company has been a customer of Stitch America for about 8 years. I love the ease of ordering, the selection of product, and the quality of the workmanship! Mary in customer service is sooooo helpful, love working with her! She will give us suggestions if something is no longer available and they are always spot on! Only one time did we have an issue with an order and they took care of everything right away. If you need embroidered items for your company I highly recommend this company.
Hi Sean. The reason that we're unable to provide design files to our customers is that we create the digitized embroidery files to specifically to run on our own specialized equipment. For this reason we're not able to guarantee the quality and consistency of the digitized files while being used in other operations. While our digitized files are only available in-house use, we always include high quality digitizing of your design at no extra cost. Thanks again for your business!

While the product came out OK, it took them quite some time to complete. Later, when I needed a copy of my logo in the stitch file format for a March of Dimes fundraiser, they refused to provide it despite the fundraiser. I definitely wouldn't do business with them again. In the future, I'll use another company and pay a setup fee so I own the file.
