Products are great, service is questionable, but there was a family emergency that we were unaware of so that factors into it. There were many delays on our end and there's, but I believe it is up and running so hopefully it's working.

Hello Tony. You are correct. We used to be in Huntington Beach and shared an office with Shoreline Technical Services. They were our technical support partner up until 2013 when we moved out of the building and relocated to Newport beach. We also cut ties with Shoreline Technical Services.. I'm not sure what the owner did with his employees but it was never a headache. We worked quite seamlessly together for many years so I'm not sure why this customer is saying it was a headache for them. Many businesses outsource their tech support to qualified companies. We are no different. However, SunrisePOS stands by its products and services. We have for 21 years and counting. Please feel free to contact me directly if I can be of any assistance at all.

I never write reviews. These guys were so bad that I had to write one to save people. They're nice upfront, but once they have your money they don't care about you. They stopped responding to my emails and never returned any of the voicemails I left them. They used to or still have an office in Huntington Beach, the technical support was in the same office as them. I could see the owner giving orders to the technical support employees, but when I go ask a technical question, now all of a sudden they're not the same company. It sounds like a headache because it literally was. Please save yourself and find another company.

worst company I've ever dealt with. purchased a POS system and never received all the parts. called over 30 times with no answer back. never write reviews good or bad however this company is horrible and I don't want anyone else giving ripped off
