Positive: I had a good interaction when they measured me. I can see that they were all diligent with the process. Negative: Sadly I have to write a negative review for this business. I placed my oder over 6 weeks ago to get my ASU touched up. Unfortunately, the deliver did not arrive in time so I was not able to wear to the event that I was going to wear it for. Furthermore, the tailoring work on the ASU jacket was awful. The side did not get trimmed in evenly. The whole uniform looks uneven now. It was pricey to get it tailored and I was very disappointed with the result.
We're so sorry to hear about your experience with a delayed shipment. While FedEx is on time over 97% of the time, there are sometimes delays due to storms, etc. that are out of the control of everyone. In those types of cases, FedEx does not refund the shipment. Marlow White does not guarantee your shipment no matter how much you pay for it. They will not even help you get your money back if your package dont arrive on time. FedEx will only refund the shipper not the customer and Marlow White refuse to help. The clothing is expensive and than to pay for special shipping and not get it is disappointing.
They have the best customer service staff (Shoutout to Beth). I had to return a uniform and I always was able to reach someone over the phone. They walked me through the entire process and even went out of their way to expedite the refund process. I recommend everyone buy their uniforms here.
Marlow white only seems to care about a customer until they get their money, then their customer service turns subpar. They give out customer care numbers that are not answered and do not go to voicemail, they do not reply to messages on site, and they do not give solutions in a timely manner if at all.
