RUDE, Ignorant, Terrible customer service! I called to get a sample design just to see how it looks and he was absolutely rude and cocky. This is my first time trying to order custom anything Im a start up and I didnt know what to ask for I was looking for help and he was absolutely no help and didnt want to try to understand me. OVERALL I Recommend you get a personality change buddy it doesnt matter if youve been doing that for 30+ years customer service skills are absolutely horrible

I went in person did my orders on January 2019, he promised it would be done in 7 days. I waited, called on Monday to verify the order, haven't received the t-shirts, asked if had an idea when it would be done, his answer was "I have no idea, I don't have Crystal ball" , needed to say he was very rude and unprofessional, hang up the phone. Of course, I cancelled my order. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

The owner Ron is like family now, he has helped me when I first started my clothing company and is a great help to my business progression. There's no other Screen printer on the North Shore that has done more for individuals in the community than Ron at Xtreme. He even printed shirts for free for my lil cousin non-profit education organization. Its not about the free shirt, its about the work she's doing that touches his heart. I could say alot but man, Ron is a driving force behind my brand Grona Clothing.
