Destiny Scotland double sold our room and did not tell us. We were left waiting in the stairwell, with our three children under the age of 8, for an hour while they sent in their duty manager to try and work out what had happened. Finally moved to a new flat that was a tier below what we had paid for, and no one from their guest team contacted us with any apology or compensation. Only gets 2 stars because the accommodation is of a good standard, but the service experience was very poor.

Amazing apartment. So much better than what we expected. Location was perfect to get to everything we wanted to. Perfect few days away. Only negatives are that the wasnt enough cooking equipment...ie baking trays to use the kitchen and the wardrobe doors and draws in bedrooms wouldn't open and shut properly which was just a bit of a pain but nothing more. We will definitely be returning here

Excellent accommodation near the heart and centre of Edinburgh. Excellent high quality facilities. Great for families. Strongly recommend.
