Quite disappointed. Although half the price of Christchurch to visit, virtually everywhere inside was cordoned off or marked as private. The circular walk was pleasant but on the whole, can't really recommend.

Enterance was about 11 pounds per person.. and none if the room was open for visitors for that day. It was only garden and buildings we saw.

It was the first college I visited in Oxford, and was awestruck by its beauty. The architecture of the college buildings and large, expansive gardens are absolute delight. An interesting feature of Magdalen college is its deer park which is home to a large deer population. Inside the college premises, there is a lovely walking path along the river which is great for strolling and enjoying the lovely sound of birds and relaxing.
