This store does not value customers. Several times I've been told just to "go buy it online" when looking for products. If I special order a case of something, they don't get it to me or call & just sell it in the store. Last time I found 1 product left on the shelf of an item I did a special case order for because they don't even stock it & refuse to. I never got a call or any information...again.

I had a awesome Experience at Lori's my first time shopping there. .I was in pain that day. Customer service was great two female employee help me from starting to finishing and I am very appreciative of them and I will be shopping at Lori's for all future items.. Minister H.

Firstly, I would normally give this place five stars! It has a great selection, helpful employees, and there is care that goes into the place. It does a great service to the community with a lot of organic and local products. There is, however, a problem. One employee (definitely an employee in the wellness section) She is a shorter older woman with long brown hair. Several times I have heard her in the aisles talking to other customers about how she has to avoid people with vaccines, and rambling on about some non-health related stuff (sometimes political). I can respect personal beliefs, but that's not the stuff I as a customer want to hear about in the health and wellness people at a store like this...has anyone else encountered this? Aside from this conspiracy spouting woman, your employees are amazing all around the store. This won't stop me from shopping here, but I'll definitely go out of my way in that department to find one of the sweet and sane employees.
