When a client gives full approval and states that they are satisfied both verbally and through either a signed approval form or several confirmation emails. We accept that they are satisfied. In this case, you did approve and were happy with the product and our patience as disclosed in your email correspondence and verbally at our new location. We explain our refund policy on our website, forms, sales consultation and in our email links. Since the work was approved and confirmed you did not qualify for a refund after services had been rendered. It was more professional to refer you to a different company for production services as we had to finish construction to open our new shop, and not make you wait while we did. It is unfortunate you feel that was an error on our part. Or that paying for our services at a discounted rate for the budget you had was not good for your expectations. We could not and do not base pricing on what our client wants to pay but on our shop rate of $65.00 per hour plus the cost of materials used to provide the service. Since we spent over 12 hours in your projects. Your price was at a cost to the company. We also provided important information for your future projects by informing you of a solution that you as an artist would have full control over the design process and in the future saving you money. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY.If you want a very simple design hes your guy. If you want intricate art work done go elsewhere. I went in for 3 designs he told me a price and I paid on the spot. I later asked to add details and he said it would cost more so I paid him. Then after weeks of us getting nowhere I decided to go with the original plan without the added details. I asked for a refund for the extra money I sent because I didnt get what that money paid for and he said no because his time costs money. Mind you, he was moving shops while we were doing this and he didnt have access to all his equipment so that slowed the process down tremendously. He would go days without internet. He had family things come up he would tell me about when I all I care about is the the task at hand not his personal life. I was just starting a business as a young entrepreneur and he was no help. He talks about his years of experience but hear this. One of the photos he sent me I could not even use because the printing process I use doesnt work well with the effects he added to the picture. He should have know that and told me! I basically paid over $300 for him to send me pictures off of adobe and I only was able to use one of them! What a waste of my time and money. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I did not know enough at the time. Like I said if youre doing a simple design go to him everything else go elsewhere. He needed the money to move shops so he took mine and didnt even really help me. Customers should not feel robbed when they leave your shop! STAY AWAY!
We are sorry you are disappointed with your transaction. Upon entering our establishment there is a sign stating our refund policy. We did not recommend any sizes to the clients, however, we provide a detailed specification and size chart that is provided by the manufacturer. After going over several possible choices for up to an hour, the clients choice was for "Jr fit", adult and smaller sizes. The choice was also for the lowest in cost. I asked if they were certain the sizes were correct and if they had tried on others elsewhere. The response was to order the 6 blank jerseys (color and style) immediately. The blank items were ordered at equivalent wholesale pricing no mark-up, plus the cost of shipping. Once purchased from the manufacturing plant there are no exchanges or returns. To be fair if the sizes were known by the client for certain, a re-order could potentially take place. The new items would, however, have to be paid for with the knowledge that if the size needs to be changed, the client would have to repeat the process. If we exchange for continual fitting purposes it would be an unfair situation to our business. We are a customization shop, not a retail clothing establishment. We take pride in our customer satisfaction. We strive to meet that goal with every client. If and when we fall short of that goal we will make necessary adjustments to improve our services. We did a huge order of jerseys 6 jerseys to be exact and none of the jerseys fit it was the owners opinion we only go up one size because they run big he stated. The jersey then arrived and no ones jerseys fit them not one person so we contacted him back if we can do a even exchange or refund he said no because it was already open well how else is anyone suppose to know it fits properly. I Also reviewed the receipt and nothing on the receipt states no exchange or refund this is so unprofessional especially from a small business you should run your business properly its not only about the money its also about the customer satisfaction customers always right but I will contact the right people to get this matter resolved. So disappointed!
