Made several enquires on an investment property, email, text, sms and left a message at the office. Finally after 3 weeks of me trying got a text its under contract. So when we buy a rental property we will not be putting it through integrity. Very disappointing!!! Yes this was Nowra office. The property was 2 driftwood Avenue Sussex Inlet. I was not even told we have other properties or what are you after we can see what else we have.

Again Sonya. 3rd time. You had an offer on a property and after 5 weeks of waiting for you to increase to an acceptable level, the owner (not us) accepted another offer. We are sorry you missed out. All the best with your house hunting.

Offer was made on the 4th of Feb and not responded to with a yes or no then on the 9th of feb was told she would accept that price. So think you should reconsider who kept who waiting here. Just leave my review up and stop deleting it, people deserve to know how Ive been treated so they arent left over a grand out of pocket and with their time wasted by your gazumping tactics aswell. Leaving a young family gazumped on literally the day of exchange is a horrible thing to do. Avoid and use any other agency in Nowra but this one.
