We are very sorry you were disappointed in our office. Although we can not discuss any particular situations in a review due to privacy concerns, we do follow all CDC guidelines regarding offices where covid patients may be treated and do our best to protect our staff, patients and families.

TURNING AWAY MOTHER'S OF YOUNG CHILDREN. Children are home because the schools are closed. Babysitters are not available because of covid. So any mom who doesn't have a family member to babysit can't be a patient at these doctors. They didn't tell me that when I made the appointment. I waited weeks. Now I will have to wait weeks again for some other place. Oh -and if you say anything you'll get "I am just following the rules"

Although we can not comment on any specific patient related issues due to privacy regulations, we invite any patients who are not satisfied to contact our office for a quick resolution. I can assure you that trial contact lenses are never charged for in our office; however, contact lens examinations do have a fee associated with that service as is standard in the industry.

Went to them last year. The prescription was completely inaccurate. Gave me headaches after i wore them. Got tested again and finally got my accurate power. Worst case they charge for trials. I don't know any other place I have ever paid for them. The staff is nice but not satisfied with the service.

What I like about MEA is the promptness of sticking to scheduled appointment times. There is no feeling of being rushed. The explanation of exam results are thorough and e Dr. is very willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. Also, when options are presented for eye care, there is no pressure to make a particular choice. The staff is always helpful and flexible. Insurance and billing is handled flawlessly. Dr. Kim has been excellent. I, my wife and four children are all under the care of MEA. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Any parent/guardian requiring the most up to date diagnosis and treatment for Convergence Insufficiency should contact Moorestown Eye Associates specifically, Dr. Kimberly Friedman. If I had known that there was a "Top Doctor" for this disorder in my own town, I would have saved time, money, and much less anxiety for my daughter and me. My daughters convergence related difficulties have had an impact on reading, math, computers, art, handwriting, and gross motor skills. Thanks to Dr. Friedman, my daughter will have specific accommodations in place to help her achieve her full potential.
