Insane wait time to get loaded. Got here at 4:30PM, its now 1:50AM, still not loaded and over 15 trucks still waiting. As big as this company is, the shipping process should be way more fluent and professional. I dont see how the Peru, IL location moves any freight at this pace. This is the worst shipping wait time Ive ever experienced.

I'm going to give this shipper 5 stars based my personal experience but note, I see why others might disagree. Signage on the road directs flatbeds to gate 4. Pulled in and asked another driver where to check in. He directed me to a sign with a number to call. Phone answered immediately and got checked in and directed where to go. Waited about 20 minutes and a very friendly fork truck driver took me to the loading area. Checked in, loaded, strapped, tarped and on the road in about 2 hours. No issues. Now the bad news. When I pulled up to the loading area there was a driver ahead of me. He told me he had been waiting for over 4 hours, that they had loaded dozens of trucks ahead of him and shipping wouldn't answer the phone. Apparently his load wasn't ready. I pulled in past him got loaded and he was still there when I pulled out to tarp. I had no problems but maybe it's just the luck of the draw.
