Brought in my computer that was not powering on. Brandon called and told me the power supply was fine and they would continue to look at it until they found the problem. He said he was confused about what it was and it was probably a fan issue. Another guy called the next day and said the power supply was bad and needed to be replaced. I said okay. After about 20 minutes they called a third time and told me I also had a bad power button. I asked if that was the original problem and not the power supply. They looked at my original power supply AGAIN and it was now powering on. They were trying to charge me 140 bucks for a power supply and 40 for a new button when the button was the problem. I told them to put everything back together and i would take it to someone else. When i complained about having to pay 60 dollars to get my broken computer back the guy behind the counter said "well we diagnosed it didn't we?" "People don't look at your stuff for free." Well no you didn't diagnose it. You gave me 3 different answers. This place is a rip off and either they are lying to try to make more money or they just plan do not know what they are doing.

You called and spoke with our rep, and he stated which monitor we had, went over the specs with you and then we shipped that exact unit to you. You received it but your measurements were off and wanted a refund. We are more than happy to issue you a refund, just send the item back to us. Thank you

Buyer beware. This company let me purchase a Dell monitor from their website even though their website is "dormant". They refunded my money and then offered to sell me the monitor for $20 more. They then sent me the wrong monitor. After calling them for 2 weeks to replace it, they told me I had to pay for shipping to send it back to them. Also, every time you call these guys they tell you the person you need to speak with isn'tthere, of course. When I told their employee John that I shouldn't have to pay for shipping again because of their mistake, He told me I shouldn't have bought it on the website because they do pick up only. What? You guys sold me the monitor over the phone and mailed it to me. Now they are demanding I pay for shipping to return the monitor or they won't refund my money. I told John I would be calling the Better Business Bureau and he didn't care.

Called ahead to see if they were able to do business with me, was told yes, but when I walked in an hour later- I was told they were not buying equipment at that time. Employees should be on the same page.
