New to this area and state... checked out the closest gym to my house this popped up.. sister does "crossfit" so she recommend I try it out. I Googled this place ...walk-in to get some info. A "coach" comes toward me and acts like I'm a total inconvenience to him ...I tell him my story proceeds to grudgingly give me info about the gym..... as a business owner myself this staff member has terrible customer service/attitude... and he's a coach..???
