Absolutely awful service, she doesnt stick to her word whatsoever. I had to ring her on several occasions just to chase whether a job has been done. Then when I chase/ask her, she delays it by saying its gonna take another day. No update. No apology. Discrace.

Terrible ,don't bother,was told my hoody would be ready in a week,hardly any communication had to go to the shop so many times just be told false promises and excuses and even finding the shop closed, 4 weeks later said she had problems doing it,finally got it back after a total of 6 weeks and a refund as she couldn't do it,taken a few things to her in the past always been the same problems ,never again
