Horrible 4th of July weekend. Staff members are HORRIBLE. They are not helpful at all. Just stay next door at rivers edge.

I'm sad to say that we would give our stay here a better review if the bed had been more tolerable. We stayed in whirlpool suite 24 for two nights at the end of February 2022. We slept so poorly that it really soured our weekend. It was the first getaway weekend we'd taken in years, so this was a pretty big disappointment for us. We just wanted to rest and relax. The bed caved in the middle and had no padding left on top (must've been a pillowtop at some point?) We almost drove home a night early but decided to tough it out. We're just middle class folks and no primadonnas, so our standards aren't unmanageable. We told staff about the bed issue on Saturday morning and again at checkout, but no one offered to "make it right" for us. The gal on Saturday shrugged her shoulders, and the gentleman at checkout said he'd tell the owners (which we appreciated) but I'm sure they already know. We won't be staying here again but wanted to share our experience to spare the next couple some bad sleep.

I came to Cedar Lodge with my boyfriend for my birthday and it did not disappoint! We stayed in room 23 the whirlpool suite, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was fantastic! We definitely enjoyed our stay , we did not want to leave at all. If we could live there we would! The staff were friendly, the cabin was nice and clean, I mean I couldn't ask for anything more! I would definitely recommend this place to stay! It is really great for couples! This place is definitely a 5/5 and we will be coming back in the future. Thanks for having us

As soon as I walked in and saw the joke shower coffee maker and "no coffee no workee" sign, I knew these were good people with a great sense of humor. We stayed in jacuzzi suite 21 and it was awesome. We had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The room had an amazing view of the river and a lovely deck to sit outside. The beach area and fire pit were awesome, and the complimentary movie and game collection rocked. My new favorite place to stay in the Dells!

Excellent location by the river and close to the strip but rooms need updated. Great scenery and clean outdoor area with campfires every night.
