Customer service is not a big goal of this place. They are not helpful and are rude. We left and went to South Bay Materials. They were way more polite and helpful. It was like night and day.

I've looked at a few places in the area for my materials and I've concluded that nobody has a more helpful staff than U-Save. Prices have been the best on materials and delivery, as far as I've seen. They offer good service, good prices, and plenty of options. My only feedback: Please post some information on your website regarding pricing! I feel your staff is very patient with calls about pricing, but if you had some information on your website, I (we) would be able to do the math ourselves and expedite things. That being said I have very much appreciated your staff and their patience with calls of that nature.

Horrible customer service! I have purchased 800 pieces red bricks from the store, and I still need another 150 pieces. Last time when I arrived at the store some left over red brick on the floor are not in good condition. I have asked them to open another pack red bricks for me. They said NO. One worker said if you are not take these red bricks on the floor, I am not going to open new pack of red bricks for you They force me to buy the left over bricks. I was shocked! I never heard any business force customers to buy the staff they do not want. I asked them to refund my money back. They are very rude, bully customers. I am regret that I bought some bricks from them before. Never go back this store! If you need any bricks, go to Mountain View Garden Center or Peninsula Building Materials. Their service and produces are much better!
